You said we were perfect. You were going to let our friends live off us if they needed too. I treated you differently. You were sweet and charming unlike the other guys from my past. There were many miles between us that we planned to fix. Visiting each other, loving each other, caring for each other. It’s all over. You were the reason I was happy when everything in my life was being ruined. I loved you and told you secrets. Things only my best friend knows.
